Rum Cakes for Life

It all started when just about everyone that Rachel knew, including me (Jackie Cuyler), fell madly in love with her rum cakes.  It was not just, “hey Rachel..I love your rum cakes.”  It was “I am going to tell the world about your rum cakes.”  Rachel took it lightly, and cranked out cakes here and there just to make our group of friends and family happy.  But, then something big happened: we both turned into moms.  Faced with going back into the grind of restaurant management, and the long nights and weekends away from our children, we decided to take our stand.

And so the story begins: two moms find their inner calling…a quest to serve the world the best rum cakes known to man. We have stiff competition such as The Rum Cake Fairy and many other notables; but, already in our first week of business, RRC (Rachel’s Rum Cakes) has 3 world famous restaurants carrying our deserts. We suspect that our luck will continue as we hone our craft, and continue to churn out the finest cakes/deserts. Thank you so much for visiting our somewhat cryptic, get us off the ground blog!
